How often do you try a recipe with fresh basil, mint or parsley - use 4 sprigs and leave the rest of the bunch rotting in a plastic bag in the fridge. 🌿⠀

Try this instead! Grab an ice cube tray, fill it with your leftover herbs covered in olive oil or melted butter and freeze. They are then ready to be thrown in the saucepan whenever you need them! ⠀
