honeyco are a small, independent business, based in Worcestershire. Lucy does everything herself (with the support of her partner!) With a background in textiles and art, she loves picking different fabrics and creating items you'd be proud to show in your home.
When it needs a clean, simply pop in your washing machine with a normal load of washing, at 30 degrees celsius. Air dry your sponge for best results.
Go for a reusable natural cotton sponge that you can disinfect and clean in the washing machine to keep your kitchen healthy and environmentally friendly.
All packaging is recyclable, and we minimise what we put in the box, whilst ensuring your items reach you safely. Occasionally you may receive your parcel in a re-used cardboard box. It may not look as pretty when you open the door, but it will once you open the box!
Standard kitchen sponges with the green scouring pads shed microplastics as they deteriorate and, at best, they last a few weeks. Go for a natural cotton option that you can disinfect and clean in the washing machine, and then compost at the end of its life.
