Kempii Products

Kempii researches and recommends the best eco-friendly products to reduce your waste and help you live a more sustainable lifestyle.

Our product listings are either:

  • Products with a link to third-party websites (Etsy or Amazon), for which we receive a small affiliate commission (at no extra cost to you). All shipping costs and transaction processing is handled on the third-party website. These are the products with the “GET IT FROM ETSY” cart button.
  • Product purchased directly through Kempii marketplace. These are the products with the “ADD TO CART” button. Shipping terms for the marketplace are set out below.

Shipping

We currently ship in the UK only. If you are outside the UK, please email us and we’ll see if we can help.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 – 2 working days. As we are a marketplace, if you are ordering from multiple brands please expect to receive the delivery packages separately. 

Our standard UK shipping charge is £3.00 (delivery within 3 days). Many of our brands offer free delivery and this is made clear in the product description.

Because we care about the planet, all our packaging is 100% plastic free (even the tape) and planet friendly, being compostable or recyclable.

Returns

We are sure you will be happy with your order, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase we are able to process a refund for the items as long as we are notified within 14 days of you receiving the goods subject to the conditions set out below. 

To request a refund or exchange please email contact@kempii.co.uk with your order reference number, the name of the items you would like to return and the reason for the refund/exchange.

As we are an online marketplace we will provide you the returns address to send the item directly back to the brand. The brand will then inspect the returns and we will inform you of whether the return/exchange has been approved.

If the refund is due to shipping error or damaged goods the brand covers the cost of returning the item. In all other cases you are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to the brand.

Please note that items must be unused and returned in the original packaging. Sealed products which have been opened, e.g. beauty products and hygiene related products are not suitable to be returned unless faulty. 

Once a refund has been approved, you will receive the appropriate amount within 7 days of the item being received by the brand. For an exchange, you will receive the item in the normal delivery time.
